02 / What you get

A shortlist is easy.A hire that stays is not.

Anyone can send you four CVs. The work that decides whether the hire lasts happens before the offer, in the conversations nobody enjoys having.

  • Named approach We go to people who are not applying for anything, and we do it discreetly.
  • Alignment The role, the manager, the budget, the country and the first ninety days are settled with both sides before signature.
  • Follow-up We check in with you and with them at thirty, ninety and one hundred and eighty days.
  • An honest no If we cannot fill the role, we will say so in the first conversation rather than bill you to find out.
